Qualifications

• 3+ years of Treasury, Finance, Accounting or Risk Management experience.
• Knowledge of market risk capital rules and Global Markets products.
• Strong analytical skills, including analysis of financial data and written reports.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience with SQL, Python or other programming languages is a plus.
• Ability to query databases and/or build risk management dashboards as required.
• Strong business-centric mindset and sound business judgment.
• Ability to work 1st shift in the United States of America.
• 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Assist in establishing and overseeing the risk management governance structure for the Line of Business.
• Conduct monitoring and testing of controls and risk management processes.
• Liaise with businesses to understand market trends and portfolio impacts.
• Apply stress testing knowledge across risk categories.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Manage risk requests and breach remediations.
• Provide effective risk challenges to front-line units.
• Review and challenge capital rule implementations in US and international jurisdictions.
• Execute capital calculation testing and assess regulatory rule compliance.
• Assess trading exposure drivers and market risk-weighted assets.
• Document capital impacts from new products and transactions.
• Identify capital risks and mitigants.
• Execute Enterprise Risk Management Program requirements.
• Conduct independent risk reviews and assessments of front-line processes.
• Document and communicate risk points of view and escalations to Senior Management.
• Draft executive and committee messaging in PowerPoint and MS Word.
• Support corporate-wide risk initiatives and regulatory change.
• Stress-test the balance sheet and business model across scenarios.
• Provide capital risk management and capital stress-testing expertise to enterprise partners.
