Renewal by Andersen seeks a Senior Manager, Risk & Compliance to lead enterprise risk management, regulatory compliance, and safety governance across a multi-state organization. This role partners with Operations, HR, Finance, Legal, Safety, and field leaders to identify risk and implement scalable programs that enable business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in risk management, business, safety, HR, legal studies, or related field.
• 8+ years progressive experience in risk management, compliance, safety, insurance, or related functions.
• 5+ years leadership experience.
• Experience leading compliance initiatives across multi-state organizations.
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA compliance and workplace safety programs.
• Experience with DOT compliance, fleet regulations, and transportation-related risk.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the enterprise risk management strategy and framework.
• Oversee regulatory compliance across multiple operating locations (federal, state, local).
• Manage corporate insurance programs and claims management; partner with insurers.
• Build enterprise-wide policies, programs, and training for risk management, compliance, and safety.
• Advise executive leadership and partner across departments on risk and compliance matters.
