Qualifications

• Or 14 years combined higher education and/or work experience with 10 years in compliance, legal, audit, or risk.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent oversight of Corporate Trust, Custody, Agency Services, and related fiduciary activities.
• Lead risk assessments, issue management, and regulatory compliance activities.
• Develop and present risk reporting to leadership and risk committees.
• Mentor and develop risk professionals; promote risk-management capabilities.
• Support governance processes and regulatory examinations.
