Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years' relevant work experience, or a combined minimum of 7 years of higher education and/or work experience.
• Demonstrated proficient knowledge of Technology and/or Cybersecurity risk principles.
• Minimum of 2 years' relevant work experience in or with risk, audit, technology, cybersecurity, or related areas.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement risk management processes with reporting for compliance.
• Lead compliance efforts for the respective function per industry standards.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and leadership for swift actions within risk appetite.
• Prepare and respond to regulatory engagements and exam management tasks.
• Assess new methodologies and advise on risk-management strategy and integration.
• Enhance risk training programs to improve awareness and application.
• Adhere to risk standards, escalate issues, and support regulators as needed.
• Interact with Technology and Cybersecurity leadership and senior management as required.
• Communicate requirements to cross-functional partners across the organization.
