Qualifications

• 3 years of risk management or financial services experience.
• Ability to translate complex analysis into practical solutions and concise presentations.
• Drive to succeed, results oriented, high attention to detail, and ability to decide independently.
• Experience with SAS, SQL, Python, or Tableau (other coding languages considered).
• Experience partnering across functions and independent decision-making skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to lead projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of financial procedures and consumer lending principles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, or Finance.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end Risk Criteria for Acquisition channels.
• Lead analytics to measure and challenge key business initiatives and propose solutions.
• Provide leadership and drive initiatives from problem statements to implementation.
• Work solo or in teams to identify performance trends using quantitative methods.
• Conduct root cause analysis and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Prepare and present risk monitoring reports to senior management.
• Support development and maintenance of risk management framework and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor industry trends and best practices to improve risk processes.
• Follow disciplined analysis to support correct leadership decisions.
