Qualifications

• 3+ years of risk management or financial services experience.
• Ability to translate complex analysis into concise presentations with sound business conclusions.
• Drive to succeed, be results oriented, with high attention to detail, and independently make decisions.
• Experience with SAS, SQL, Python, or Tableau analytic tools.
• Experience partnering across different functions and independent decision‑making skills.

• Flexible and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of financial procedures & principles and understanding of consumer lending.
• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, or Finance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement end-to-end Risk Criteria for Acquisition channels.
• Lead comprehensive analytics to measure and challenge key strategic business initiatives and generate solutions.
• Provide thought leadership and lead initiatives end to end, defining problem statements, risks and opportunities, securing stakeholder buy-in.
• Work independently and in teams to identify and assess performance trends using statistical and data mining tools.
• Conduct root cause analysis to provide clear, actionable recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
• Prepare and present detailed risk monitoring reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Support the development and maintenance of the company’s risk management framework and regulatory compliance.
