Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company is seeking a Lead Risk Analyst to join our global project teams in a fully remote role. You will drive end-to-end risk management across project phases, including identification, assessment, quantification, and treatment planning, to help meet schedule and budget goals.

You will report to the Director, New Plant Risk Management and collaborate with Project Controls, Engineering, Construction, and Supply Chain to embed risk insights into decision making.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of risk management experience in project or operational risk.
• Bachelor's degree (Business, Engineering, Finance, or related field).
• Experience with ARM and/or Safran (or risk systems/tools).
• Familiarity working in global, matrixed organizations.
• Experience facilitating risk workshops or managing risk registers.

Responsibilities

• Perform database population, maintenance, and data analysis to lead risk insights and reporting.
• Maintain project risk registers with data accuracy and updates.
• Prepare risk reports and dashboards in English.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed risk insights into decisions.
• Support continuous improvement of risk processes, templates, and tools.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally on a limited basis.
