Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
• 5+ years in product management/engineering/resource management/business or operations with progression.
• Familiarity with Nuclear Power Plant design and operations.
• Familiarity with PRA models and risk-informed applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships at multiple levels to understand customer needs, preferences, and constraints.
• Develop commercial offers with value propositions—right product, timing, and price.
• Collaborate with Global Product Management to set product strategy.
• Create PRA-style proposals and support on customer negotiations and execution.
• Accountable for OE and opportunity pipeline growth for product/technology areas.
• Aggregate financials, OE, pipeline growth, and MAS for relevant product areas.
• Provide feedback to internal teams to develop needed products and support investment decisions.
• Assess market trends and adjust product positioning; collaborate with sales on capture plans and final orders.
