Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company is seeking a Senior Engineer in Risk Analysis to perform PRA for nuclear plant systems. This US-based remote role reports to the Senior Manager, Risk Analysis and may support domestic and international plants, including design-stage reactors.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering, 5+ years PRA experience, and knowledge of PRA tools like CAFTA and RiskSpectrum. PE or EIT is a plus. We offer a competitive salary and remote flexibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• Minimum 5 years of PRA model development experience for nuclear plants.
• Knowledge of PRA software such as CAFTA and RiskSpectrum is preferred.
• Professional Engineer license or EIT considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform Probabilistic Risk Assessments (PRA) for complex nuclear plant systems, evaluating vulnerabilities across risk types.
• Lead and support global project teams, contribute to scope execution, and meet schedule and financial objectives.
• Present technical topics and interface with global customers and regulatory bodies.
• Support strategic initiatives, develop product offerings, and pursue target markets.
• Mentor early-career engineers on PRA fundamentals.
