Job summary

NYC Financial Information Services Agency-Office of Payroll Administration (FISA-OPA) invites applications for a Senior Risk Analyst in New York. The role reports to the Director of Risk Management and focuses on identifying, documenting, and communicating enterprise risks, including AI-related vulnerabilities and controls.

The position will collaborate with business leads and the CISO to align risks with workflows, improve risk policies, and support KPI dashboards and stress-testing plans

Qualifications

• Master's degree in computer science with 3 years IT experience.
• 18 months in managerial or supervisory capacity in IT roles.
• Bachelor's degree with 4 years of relevant IT experience acceptable.
• HS diploma with 6 years of IT experience acceptable.
• Equivalency options require at least 4-year HS diploma and 3 years of managerial IT experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, document risks and controls across the organization.
• Present risk findings to leadership on risk, policy enforcement, and AI strategies.
• Contribute to implementing new risk policies, practices, and solutions.
• Enhance strategies, tools, and methodologies to measure, monitor, and report data risks.
• Support stress test plans and contingency framing with key stakeholders.
