Job summary

CuraCor Group is seeking a Senior Risk Advisor to provide audit and advisory services across its non-insurance operating assets. You will partner with management to strengthen internal controls and governance across the parent organization and subsidiaries.

Reporting to the Financial Audit & MAR Manager, you will design, implement, and monitor effective controls, perform risk assessments, and deliver high-quality audit reports. A CPA/CIA is welcomed and experience with COSO is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in related field.
• Familiar with internal control frameworks and risk management.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist audit engagements related to organizational initiatives.
• Apply COSO framework to design, implement, and monitor entity-level controls.
• Identify risks, gaps, and mitigation strategies.
• Document processes, risks, and testing procedures.
• Provide guidance and training to management on risk management.
• Draft high-quality audit reports and findings.
