Job summary

The Senior Risk Advisor at CuraCor Group collaborates with management to strengthen internal controls across subsidiaries, applying COSO frameworks to support governance and enterprise risk management. You will lead walkthroughs, test controls, and provide actionable recommendations.

You will partner with the Financial Audit & MAR function, deliver high-quality audit reports, and mentor teams while operating in a Hybrid-Flex environment to balance collaboration with focused work.

Qualifications

• Minimum educational qualification as stated above.
• Experience performing audits and advisory engagements.
• Strong understanding of internal controls and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Assist Audit Manager in audit and advisory engagements on major initiatives.
• Apply COSO framework to design and monitor entity-level controls.
• Analyze processes to identify risks and gaps, and propose mitigations.
• Document processes, risks, controls, and testing procedures.
• Provide training and guidance to management on risk and controls.
• Conduct ad-hoc audits and report findings.
• Perform control deficiency assessments and action plans.
