Tendo builds software that improves the care journey for patients, clinicians, and caregivers. This RN CDI Specialist role focuses on real-time documentation and risk adjustment review for QDI services customers.

Requirements include 6+ years CDI/QDI and acute-care nursing, active RN license, CCDS, and Epic experience with HCC knowledge. Base salary ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 plus equity and annual bonuses.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of CDI/QDI experience in acute-care nursing.
• Active RN license and CCDS certification.
• Epic experience with knowledge of HCCs and quality risk adjustment.

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical documentation and risk adjustment review for QDI customers.
• Work in real time with physicians to ensure documentation reflects patient acuity.
• Manage a daily review queue and support provider education initiatives.
