Job summary

South Dakota Department of Transportation seeks a Property Management Specialist (ROW) in Pierre. This full‑time role oversees DOT real property and improvements, inventories interests, and coordinates transfers, leases, or dispositions to support state transportation goals.

Occasional travel and potential remote work are possible. Requires a four‑year degree in real estate, business, or finance and a valid driver's license. Competitive benefits available.

Responsibilities

• Inventory of DOT real property and improvements.

• Prepare Permanent Easement and Revocable Occupancy agreements.
• Monitor and manage real property inventories and disposals.
• Temporary leases of DOT real property and improvements.
• Maintain property to support ROW.Coordinate with GIS mapping for property data.
