Qualifications

• This role requires 1–3+ years of Right of Way experience.
• On-site work in Madison, WI.
• Experience negotiating rights for transmission lines (345kV) preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile liability insurance.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Contact landowners to acquire property rights and settle claims.
• Negotiate with owners and attorneys on settlements.
• Prepare reports, appraisals, and condemnation documents as needed.
• Work independently in field investigations and regulatory matters.
• Assist in condemnation proceedings if negotiations fail.
