Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in R&H and tire development.
• Proven ability to lead vehicle evaluations and testing.
• Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate performance of Hyundai, Kia, Genesis vehicles for R&H attributes.
• Lead subjective and objective evaluations and investigate root causes.
• Develop and execute test plans, coordinate tests and supplier activities.
• Benchmark competitors and analyze trends in R&H technology.
• Interface with counterparts in Korea and North America.
• Mentor junior engineers and manage projects within the team.
• Travel up to 30% domestically and internationally.
