Job summary

Hyundai America Technical Center, Inc. (HATCI) seeks an NVH Engineer II to evaluate, test, and develop total vehicle performance, NVH, and ride-and-handling for Hyundai, Kia, and Genesis vehicles in North America.

Responsibilities include planning test plans, coordinating vehicles, and analyzing data using Matlab, LMS Test Lab, and HEAD ArtemiS. Hybrid work and travel up to 35% are expected.

Qualifications

• BS in mechanical engineering or related field.
• 4–7+ years automotive engineering experience.
• Coursework in vehicle dynamics and noise/vibration analysis.
• Experience with data acquisition and analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, test, and develop total vehicle performance, NVH, and ride/handling in NA market.
• Plan and execute ride-and-drive activities for prototype vehicles.
• Analyze customer feedback and benchmark against competitors.
• Create clear project status and technical reports.
