Job summary

Six Flags Entertainment Corporation is seeking an experienced Electrician to maintain and repair electrical systems on park rides. You will inspect, troubleshoot and repair ride control systems, PLCs, and associated electrical components to ensure safety and efficiency.

The role requires working at heights, varying shifts including nights and weekends, and being part of a team that supports ongoing maintenance and special projects across our parks.

Qualifications

Minimum 4–6 years as an electrician in industrial or commercial settings.
Has state certifications and/or licensing.
Capable of complex inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs on rides and systems.
Strong knowledge of electrical theory and blueprints; comfortable working at heights.

Responsibilities

Ensures proper electrical maintenance and safe operating condition of all park rides.
Inspects, troubleshoots and repairs electrical work on rides, ride control systems, computer and PLC.
Installs electrical conduit and wiring; maintains controls, motors, lighting and drives.
Reviews technical documents and maintains inspection sheets, logs and reports.
