Job summary

Arena Technical Resources, LLC (ATR) is seeking a Senior RHEL Engineer in Colorado Springs to lead OpenShift deployments and cluster management. The role emphasizes automated provisioning, security hardening, and high availability across environments.

The candidate will design CI/CD pipelines, implement monitoring with Prometheus/Loki/Grafana, and ensure disaster recovery planning while aligning with Federal security requirements.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance is required.
• US Citizens only due to federal requirements.
• 12+ years in IT with 7+ years in RHEL.
• Experience deploying OpenShift clusters and multi-cluster environments.
• Experience with automation for provisioning and configuration management.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy containerized apps using OpenShift for performance and scalability.
• Implement monitoring/logging with Prometheus, Loki, Grafana for real-time health tracking.
• Migrate OpenShift operations to partially disconnected environments with secure updates.
• Automate cluster provisioning and scaling to reduce deployment time and errors.
• Maintain 99.99% uptime across production and development clusters.
