Job summary

Lindt & Sprüngli (USA) Inc. seeks an experienced RGM Manager of Customer Planning to implement channel-level RGM, collaborate with Sales on customer plans, and optimize promotion strategies.

You will own monthly forecasts, trade spend insights, and TPM enhancements for the National Grocery channel while driving analytics-driven decisions. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in pricing/promotion within CPG, 1+ years of leadership, and strong analytical, communication, and project-management skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in pricing and/or promotion management in CPG
• 1+ years of management experience preferred
• Strong commercial acumen in RGM, Sales or Commercial Finance preferred

Responsibilities

• Implement RGM principles at channel level and partner with Sales on customer plans
• Forecast monthly sales for National Grocery channel and manage TPM data inputs
• Lead promotions optimization and develop tools for promotional analytics
• Develop customer reporting and dashboards for KPI tracking and risk/opportunity monitoring
• Coach and mentor RGM Analysts and drive process improvements
