Job summary

Pike Engineering is seeking a Business Proposal Specialist III to own the RFx process, drive continuous improvement, and coordinate cross-functional teams for high-quality proposals. You will liaison between customers and internal stakeholders, managing resources, executive reviews, and knowledge archives.

The role requires leadership, coaching, and mentoring capabilities with a strong foundation in engineering or related fields.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree required in engineering, business, project management, or equivalent.
• Experience in preparing proposals for energy clients or related EPC fields.
• Ability to lead complex proposal efforts and mentor junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Own the Pike Engineering RFx process end-to-end.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to develop and submit proposals.
• Document processes, templates, and best practices for future RFx events.
• Engage with customers to verify access and gather information for RFx responses.
• Support executive reviews and approvals for RFx submissions.
• Manage RFx archives and develop materials for future events.
