Job summary

Pathway is seeking a highly motivated Senior Marketing Analyst to join its Marketing Operations team in Irvine, CA. The role supports business development and client service through RFPs, marketing materials, and institutional investor requests.

Up to 50% of the role will support RFP/RFI/DDQ processes. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in RFPs in financial services, strong project management, and attention to detail, with experience serving institutional investors and consultants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in RFPs, marketing, communications, business development, investor relations, or related function; financial services experience preferred.
• Demonstrated technical and business writing skills.
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across global teams.
• Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Experience with CRM platforms, marketing systems, consultant databases, and/or RFP management software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate responses to RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, consultant questionnaires, and other due diligence requests from institutional investors and consultants.
• Collaborate with investment, client service, legal, compliance, operations, and business development teams to gather information and craft timely responses.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Maintain and enhance the firm's repository of approved RFP content and standard responses.
• Identify opportunities to incorporate AI and automation into RFP workflows to improve efficiency and quality.
• Produce presentations, data packages, and marketing materials for consultants, prospects, clients, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage client services workflow, triage inquiries, and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
