Job summary

Pathway is seeking a highly motivated Senior Marketing Analyst to join its Marketing Operations team. This role supports business development and client service efforts through coordinating bespoke RFPs, high-quality marketing materials, and institutional investor requests.

Up to 50% of time will focus on RFP/RFI/DDQ processes, leveraging strong project management and attention to detail. Pathway is a leading private markets solutions provider with ~250 professionals globally and over $95

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in RFPs, marketing, communications, business development, investor relations, or a related function; financial services experience strongly preferred.
• Direct experience with RFP, RFI, DDQ, or institutional due diligence is highly preferred.
• Strong writing skills and attention to detail.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate responses to RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, consultant questionnaires, and other due diligence requests from institutional investors and consultants.
• Gather information with cross-functional teams to develop accurate, timely responses.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Maintain and enhance the firm’s repository of approved RFP content and standard responses.
• Identify opportunities to incorporate AI and automation into workflows to improve quality and efficiency.
• Produce presentations, data packages, and marketing materials in response to requests from consultants and clients.
• Help manage the client services workflow and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
• Maintain marketing collateral and digital assets; update industry databases and company profiles.
• Collaborate with global teams on strategic marketing initiatives and ad hoc projects.
