Job summary

Pathway Capital Management, LP in Irvine, CA is seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst to support the Marketing Operations team. You will coordinate bespoke RFPs, craft high-quality marketing materials, and respond to institutional investor requests.

A substantial portion of the role—up to 50%—will focus on RFP/RFI/DDQ processes. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in RFPs within financial services, strong project management, and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in RFPs, marketing, communications, business development, investor relations, or related function; financial services experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, finance, or related field.
• Strong technical and business writing skills.
• Strong project management with ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with global teams.
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word; CRM and marketing systems experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate responses to RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, consultant questionnaires, and other due diligence requests from institutional investors and consultants.
• Gather information from across investment, client service, legal, compliance, operations, and business development teams to craft accurate responses.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines with high accuracy and timely delivery.
• Maintain and enhance the firm’s repository of approved RFP content and standard responses.
• Identify opportunities to incorporate AI and automation into RFP/RFI/DDQ workflows.
