Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in RFIC/mmWave design, system architecture, and product development.
• Proven track record building and scaling engineering teams in a startup environment.
• Expert proficiency with Cadence EDA suite, EM simulation tools, and RF test methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Own the engineering organization and guide technical strategy.
• Design, simulate, layout, and integrate front-end circuits.
• Oversee the full chip lifecycle from design through mass production.
