Job summary

Entrada Ventures is seeking a Head of Engineering in Mountain View, CA. In this hands-on role, you'll lead the engineering organization and set architectural directions for RFIC platform development.

With over 10 years of experience in RFIC design, you'll build and mentor a high-performing team, driving innovation in mmWave technology.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in RFIC/mmWave design and product development.
• Proven track record building and scaling engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of RF signal chains and phased array systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the engineering organization and guide technical strategy.
• Design, simulate, layout, and integrate front-end circuits.
• Oversee the full chip lifecycle from design to production.
