Job summary

MixMode in Mountain View is seeking a Principal RFIC Design Engineer to lead the design of mmWave front-end circuit blocks for next-generation products. You will own projects from concept to silicon and collaborate with founding engineers.

Qualifications

• MS + 5 years or PhD + 2 years experience in RF/mmWave design.
• Expertise in PA, LNA, phase shifter, VGA or mixer design.
• Strong understanding of mmWave transmission line theory.

Responsibilities

• Design mmWave front-end circuit blocks in advanced CMOS or RFSOI.
• Perform post-layout extraction and EM simulation.
• Mentor junior RFIC designers and contribute to technical excellence.
