Job summary

Snap Inc. is seeking an RF Hardware Engineer to join the Spectacles team in Santa Clarita, CA. You will design integrated RF/wireless systems, create schematics, and lead layout reviews while collaborating with mechanical, software and design groups. You’ll develop test plans, validate RF performance, and document results for product launches.

The role requires 10+ years in RF/electrical systems, travel up to 15%, and a BS in EE (MS/PhD preferred). Equity in RSUs is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Strong RF/electrical circuits design experience and system analysis.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (up to 15%).

Responsibilities

• Design and develop highly integrated RF and wireless systems for Spectacles launches.
• Collaborate with mechanical, software, industrial design teams and suppliers.
• Create schematics including RF, high-speed digital, power, sensors.
• Review PCB, flex, and rigid-flex layouts and perform RF validation.
• Develop test plans and document validation reports; debug RF/hardware issues.
