Job summary

Snap Inc. is seeking an Electrical Signal Integrity Engineer to join the Spectacles team in a world-class hardware development environment.

You will perform detailed simulations, define impedance masks, and design for complex SOCs, PMICs, and wireless ICs used in low-power consumer electronics. Responsibilities include leading design reviews, supervising layouts for SI/PI/EMC, debugging issues with cross-functional teams, and developing prototypes for new concepts while collaborating with

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in electrical or hardware engineering.
• Willingness to travel internationally 10% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed simulations related to high speed signal integrity and power system integrity.
• Simulate AC/DC power distribution networks and define impedance masks.
• Lead design reviews and supervise PCB/FSI layouts for SI/PI/EMC/EMI.
• Debug hardware with cross-functional teams (desense, power states, ESD).
• Analyze parasitics and tolerances for operation across voltage/temperature.
• Test and validate board and system level electrical designs.
• Collaborate with mechanical, software, RF, thermal and industrial design teams.
• Develop prototypes for new product concepts and document tests clearly.
