Job summary

Snap Inc. is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join the Spectacles team in Los Angeles. You will own schematic design, test and validate electrical designs, collaborate with RF, firmware, and product teams throughout the development process, and contribute to the hardware development lifecycle.

Minimum qualifications include a BS in Electrical Engineering and 1+ years of hardware experience. The role requires travel up to 20% and supports a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Electrical Engineering or related field, or equivalent years of experience.
• 1+ years of relevant experience in electrical or hardware engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own schematic design, circuit review, stackup definition and layout review for PCB, Flex and Rigid Flex designs.
• Test and validate electrical designs.
• Collaborate with RF, Product Design, Firmware, and cross-functional teams throughout the development process from design to failure analysis.
• Travel internationally up to 20% to support development builds onsite at external suppliers and partners.
