Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Staff RF Systems Engineer to join our Linthicum, MD team on site. You will lead RF subsystem development, drive system integration across hardware, software and firmware, and work with customers to balance requirements using simulations and hardware-in-the-loop testing.

Requires a STEM degree with extensive RF experience, MATLAB/Python/C++ proficiency, and U.S. citizenship with an active Secret clearance or ability to obtain SAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science/Engineering with extensive RF domain knowledge.
• U.S. Citizenship and active Secret Clearance required.
• Experience in RF modeling, tracking, and algorithm development.

Responsibilities

• Technical leader of experience and entry-level teams of RF engineers.
• Lead design and verification of RF subsystems across programs.
• Develop and validate algorithms for sensor performance.
• Coordinate hardware-in-the-loop testing and simulations.
