Northrop Grumman is seeking a Principal / Senior Principal RF Systems Engineer in Linthicum, MD, 100% on-site. You will develop RF subsystems, perform data-driven analyses, and work with cross-functional teams to meet mission-focused requirements. Active clearance and SAP eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Current/active U.S. Government Secret Clearance.
• Ability to obtain Special Program Access (SAP).
• Experience in RF applications and modeling in MATLAB, Python, and/or C/C++.
• Experience in tracking and algorithm development.
• Experience in developing and implementing novel systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop parametric representations and data-driven analyses for sensor requirements.
• Integrate sensor modes and trackers into test aircraft and labs.
• Balance customer requirements with system functionalities and performance.
• Collaborate with hardware, software, and firmware teams across disciplines.
• Conduct technology trade studies and derive project requirements.
