Job summary

Qualifications

• Active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility required.
• Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 8 years of hands-on DSP, SDR, and RF communications development, including lead roles.
• Deep knowledge of terrestrial RF communications systems across HF/VHF/UHF bands.
• Experience architecting software-driven DSP pipelines (C++, Python, GNU Radio, REDHAWK) for real-time processing.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and implement advanced SDR/DSP solutions for terrestrial radios in a Linux environment.
• Reverse engineer RF devices to map transceiver logic and demodulate waveforms.
• Synthesize and generate tactical RF waveforms based on reverse-engineered parameters.
• Develop algorithms to detect and decode complex signals in challenging environments.
• Implement end-to-end transmit/receive chains with various modulation schemes.
• Lead lab/build-out efforts, select SDR hardware and test gear, and validate signals.
