RTX is seeking a Senior RF Product Engineer to lead development of RF and radar hardware, including CCAs, AESAs, antennas, and radar subsystems. You will collaborate with project management and multi-disciplinary teams to meet mission requirements and deliver high-performance RF solutions.

The role emphasizes leadership, technical oversight of suppliers, and balancing performance, cost, and schedule. A STEM degree with 5+ years of experience (or an advanced degree with 3+ years) is required;

• Ensure technical performance, cost, and schedule alignment across programs.
• Provide technical management and oversight of suppliers and interface on design, build, and deliveries.
