Job summary

RTX is seeking a Senior Radar Receiver/Exciter Integration & Test Engineer for an on-site role in the USA, with potential travel to multiple sites. You will lead complex radar subsystem work, coordinate between mechanical, electrical, software, and systems teams, and calibrate receiver/exciter performance to meet top-level specs.

The ideal candidate holds a STEM degree with 5+ years of related experience and has RF/radar system expertise, plus the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• STEM degree and 5+ years of related experience.
• Experience with RF and/or radar systems.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Solve complex technical problems in Radar and Receiver Exciter design, analysis, integration, and test.
• Liaison between Radar system components.
• Analyze data and calibrate receiver/exciter hardware with firmware/software, resolving system issues.
• Support system and subsystem level radar integration planning, execution, and reporting.
• Resolve complex technical issues during design, integration and test of subsystems.
• Travel for up to one year to alternate locations as needed (domestic/international).
