Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field plus 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong RF knowledge including link budget analysis and linearity.
• Solid understanding of RF communications and navigation systems and components.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain requirements specifications.
• Conduct payload design trades for new proposals.
• Drive development process and make key design decisions.
• Complete analyses to support design needs.
• Develop test plans and procedures for RF payloads.
• Support GSE and production automation development.
• Prepare product documentation including ICDs and user manuals.
• Provide technical support to internal/external customers and troubleshoot anomalies.
