VTG is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to support RF processing systems at Fort Meade, MD. You will drive lifecycle activities, design system architectures, manage dataflows, and coordinate with DoD customers.

Hybrid work up to two remote days weekly is available; sign-on bonus up to $10,000 may apply. The role requires TS/SCI with Poly, DoD 8570 IAT II or equivalent certification, and a strong background in RF systems, dataflow management, and system security documentation.

Qualifications

• US citizen with TS/SCI with Poly.
• Active DoD 8570 IAT II or equivalent certification.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical discipline.
• Experience in RF systems and dataflow processes.
• Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Apply systems engineering across the lifecycle from requirements to sustainment.
• Support RF systems, including analog‑to‑digital dataflow and conversion.
• Monitor Apache NiFi environments and ensure dataflow operation.
• Identify and resolve dataflow errors and processing backlogs.
• Create and maintain system diagrams, drawings, and technical docs.
• Document requirements, procedures, and interfaces for stakeholders.
• Use Jira and Confluence to track tasks and document progress.
• Coordinate data samples for testing, analysis, or troubleshooting.
• Communicate risks and recommendations to Government customers and teams.
