AT&T Mobility Services is seeking a seasoned RF engineering leader to ensure broadband devices deliver top-tier wireless performance, reliability, and regulatory compliance at scale.

You will act as the RF technical authority, partnering with global OEMs to review architectures, validate engineering decisions, and ensure production-ready designs meet AT&T’s standards before mass deployment to millions of customers.

Competenze

• 10+ years of RF engineering experience in consumer electronics or broadband devices.
• Hands-on experience with RF system design, validation, and regulatory testing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

Mansioni

• Lead RF design governance for next-generation broadband devices.
• Review OEM RF components for performance, cost, reliability.
• Audit OEM labs for test methodologies and calibration practices.
• Drive RF validation improvements across the product lifecycle.
• Influence product roadmaps and engineering standards.
