Qualifications

• 12+ years of engineering experience in systems engineering, product definition, or senior technical roles.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor test systems, instrumentation, and complex system-level products.
• Experience defining product requirements, system architectures, and evaluating emerging technologies.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives and influence decisions without direct authority.
• Strong communication and mentoring skills with customers and senior management.
• Experience balancing performance, cost, schedule, and risk in product development.
• Travel up to 10% domestically and internationally is required.

Responsibilities

• Define RF instrumentation requirements and system architectures for next-generation semiconductor test solutions.
• Translate customer needs, RF technologies, and market trends into differentiated capabilities and priorities.
• Guide RF concept development and architecture decisions balancing features, performance, and cost.
• Develop and maintain system requirements, use cases, and architecture documentation.
• Drive cross-functional alignment to meet product, customer, and business objectives.
• Provide system-level technical direction through design, integration, validation, and release.
• Engage with customers and field teams to identify RF test challenges and future needs.
• Act as RF champion influencing product direction and long-term platform strategy.
