Job summary

Sigmatech Inc. is seeking a Spectrum Manager to support the RF Spectrum Management Office at the Redstone Test Center (RTC) on Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, AL. The role entails requirements analysis, cost/performance trade-off analysis, feasibility studies, regulatory compliance support, and creating technology concepts.

The candidate will define system scope, prepare detailed specifications, and provide guidance across engineering and analysis teams with emphasis on RF spectrum management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 10+ years in systems analysis, integration and testing.
• Familiarity with DoD spectrum certification processes is mandatory.
• Knowledge of SATCOM, LMR, HF, VHF, UHF, IFF, radar and spectrum monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Perform requirements analysis and cost/cost-performance trade-off analysis.
• Conduct feasibility analyses and regulatory compliance support.
• Develop technology conceptual designs and training/outsourcing plans.
• Formulate and define system scope and objectives; prepare detailed specifications for programs/systems.
