Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Typically 9+ years of related work experience or equivalent.
• 3+ years in Systems Engineering relating to test requirements.
• Strong understanding of systems engineering principles, MBSE.
• Proficiency in systems integration and testing processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with aerospace/defense production and capacity expansion.

Responsibilities

• Derive test requirements from system level seeker requirements
• Development of test methodologies and interfaces, including hardware and software
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement systems engineering processes
• Develop and maintain system requirements, interface control documents, and verification plans
• Oversee the integration of hardware and software components in a test environment
• Support production and capacity expansion initiatives with technical guidance
• Mentor and provide technical leadership to junior engineers
• Prepare and present technical documentation and reports to stakeholders
• Stay current with industry trends in systems engineering and RF seeker technologies
