Job summary

Array Labs is seeking a Lead High-Speed PCB Layout Engineer to own the physical implementation of high‑speed digital and mixed‑signal electronics in Altium, translating schematics and performance requirements into layouts and functional designs.

You will partner with electrical design, firmware, mechanical, and test engineers to drive layout constraints, reviews, and manufacturing releases, ensuring signal integrity, power integrity, and overall reliability in the lab and on orbit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in PCB layout, fabrication, and release of high-speed electronics.
• Experience designing high-speed digital/mixed-signal boards with impedance control.

Responsibilities

• Own high-speed PCB layout from placement to manufacturing release in Altium.
• Define stack-ups, impedance targets, length matching, return-path strategies.
• Translate schematic intent into layouts for SI/PI across mixed-signal and digital domains.
• Collaborate with electrical design, firmware, mechanical, and test engineers to develop constraints and reviews.
• Drive DFM/DFT considerations with fabrication and assembly partners.
