Honeywell Aerospace in Lansdale, PA is seeking an experienced Senior PCB Designer with strong RF layout expertise for mission-critical aerospace applications. You will design complex, multi-layer PCBs, perform RF layout, and collaborate across RF, hardware, mechanical, and manufacturing teams.

You should have 8+ years of PCB design experience, extensive RF layout knowledge, and proficiency in major CAD tools. A security clearance is a plus and relocation is not specified.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional PCB design experience.
• Extensive RF layout experience (GHz-range designs preferred).
• Proficiency in Altium Designer, Xpedition or Cadence Allegro.
• Experience with high-layer-count boards (10+ layers).
• Deep understanding of controlled impedance routing and differential pairs.
• Familiarity with SI/PI analysis tools is preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop complex, multi-layer PCBs (RF & high-speed).
• Perform RF layout for controlled impedance structures and antennas.
• Implement signal integrity, EMI/EMC mitigation, and thermal management.
• Collaborate with RF, hardware, mechanical, and manufacturing engineers.
• Create and maintain PCB libraries, stack-ups, and design rules.
• Generate fabrication and assembly documentation packages.
• Support prototype bring-up, testing, and debugging.
• Interface with PCB fabricators and CM partners on DFM/DFT.
• Participate in design reviews and mentor junior designers.
