Job summary

Continental Electronics Corporation is seeking a Sr RF Mixed Signal Circuit Design Engineer to lead the development of ultrahigh power RF transmission systems. You will design analog circuits, perform mixed-signal layout, and guide a team to deliver on-time, within budget, and to spec.

The role requires 8 years of relevant experience, strong RTL/SystemVerilog and SPICE skills, and the ability to translate system requirements into hardware solutions.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar, Master's preferred.
• 8 years of relevant experience in high-speed analog/mixed-signal architecture and circuit design.
• Deep understanding of clocking fundamentals, phase noise, jitter analysis, budgeting, and feedback loop dynamics.
• Skilled in designing/debugging RTL, System Verilog models, and performing behavioral simulations.
• Deep knowledge of SPICE simulation, HDL simulation and logic equivalence tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and test analog electronic circuits including sensor interfaces, data converters, and filters.
• Layout design and optimization of analog/digital circuits using PCB tools (Cadence, Altium, PADS).
• Develop technical proposals and responses for contracts and opportunities.
• Simulate analog/mixed-signal circuits for performance, noise, timing, and power requirements.
• Lead engineering design teams to meet quality, cost, and schedule targets and ensure on-time delivery.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks; ensure regulatory requirements are met.
