Job summary

OSI Systems, Inc. is seeking a Sr RF Mixed Signal Circuit Design Engineer in Richardson, TX. You will design and test analog circuits, lead layout tasks with Cadence/Altium/PADS, and drive proposals for new opportunities.

You will simulate RF/analog blocks, mentor teams, and ensure delivery meets contract and regulatory requirements while collaborating across functions. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar; Masters preferred.
• 8 years of relevant experience in high-speed analog/mixed-signal architecture and circuit design.
• Strong understanding of clocking fundamentals, phase noise, jitter analysis, budgeting.
• Proficient in writing RTL/SystemVerilog models and performing behavioral simulations.
• Deep knowledge of SPICE and HDL simulations.
• Solid programming skills a plus.
• Excellent debugging, problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Able to translate system requirements into implementable functionality.
• Extensive knowledge of RF and digital systems design; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Design and test analog circuits including sensors interfaces, data converters, multiplexers, and filters.
• Layout design and optimization of analog/digital circuits using Cadence, Altium, PADS, and similar tools.
• Lead technical proposals and contractually obligated responses for new opportunities.
• Simulate analog/mixed-signal circuits to satisfy performance, noise, timing and power needs.
• Provide technical leadership to development teams to meet schedule, cost and quality.
• Ensure compliance with customer, contract and regulatory requirements on programs.
