Qualifications

• MSEE degree or equivalent with 10+ years of RF, analog, and mixed-signal circuit design up to 80 GHz
• PhD strongly preferred
• Experience designing RF/microwave circuits above 80 GHz and working with MMIC vendors

Responsibilities

• Develop RF system architectures and cascade analysis for millimeter-wave instruments up to 80 GHz and beyond
• Design measurement systems and define block-level electrical specifications
• Create prototypes using ADS and HFSS and validate in lab environments
• Collaborate with mechanical, software and manufacturing teams to ensure DFM/DFT readiness
• Prepare technical documents and specifications; support design-for-manufacturing processes
