Job summary
Teradyne is seeking an experienced RF Hardware Design Engineer to develop RF system architectures and prototype designs above 80 GHz. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in RF and microwave systems, a MSEE degree or equivalent with at least 10 years of relevant experience. The role offers a base salary range of $150,400 - $240,600, along with eligible bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package including health and well-being programs and retirement savings plans.
Qualifications
Must have extensive experience developing millimeter wave circuits above 80 GHz.
Must have extensive experience designing RF and microwave systems.
Must have worked with materials and manufacturing to understand technology and process tradeoffs.
Responsibilities
Develop and evaluate RF system architectures.
Work with MMIC device vendors and contribute to semiconductor strategy.
Develop prototype designs using ADS and HFSS.
Skills
Developing millimeter wave circuits above 80 GHz
Designing RF and microwave systems
Understanding of state-of-the-art technology above 80 GHz
Working with materials for high quality/reliability designs
Using simulation tools like SystemVue, ADS, and HFSS
Education
