You will work with design and manufacturing engineering to support prototypes, first article inspection, and production readiness while driving lean initiatives and maintaining precise documentation. Strong hands-on skills and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of RF/microwave testing and troubleshooting experience.
• Strong understanding of RF/microwave theory, measurements and applications.
• Experience reading engineering drawings, schematics and manufacturing docs.
• Active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Test, tune, troubleshoot RF/microwave products across components and subsystems.
• Characterize RF performance using advanced RF test equipment and methods.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and manufacturing docs.
• Mentor junior technicians and maintain accurate test documentation.
• Support New Product Introduction and production readiness initiatives.
