Qualifications

• BS/MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics, RF/Microwave Engineering, or equivalent.
• 10+ years of RF/microwave hardware design experience with principal-level ownership.
• Hands-on RF/microwave hardware development for high-performance systems.
• Proficiency with RF/microwave design tools and scripting (Python/MATLAB).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, integrate, and qualify RF/microwave hardware for spaceborne radar systems.
• Translate system requirements into RF budgets and hardware specs (gain, noise figure, linearity, power, bandwidth).
• Lead prototype bring-up, testing, calibration, and production readiness activities.
• Collaborate across antenna, radar, digital, firmware, power, mechanical, and test teams.
• Drive design-for-manufacture and design-for-test, supplier engagement, and manufacturing readiness.
