Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior RF microwave engineer to lead design activities of RF/microwave components and circuits.

You will mentor junior staff and work closely with customers to meet program requirements, performing complex design tasks with minimal supervision and supporting qualification and design verification efforts. You will provide guidance on manufacturing approaches, review designs before release, and prepare presentations for internal and customer design reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with EM field emphasis; Master’s preferred.
• 6+ years of RF/microwave design/test experience; DoD/space background beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer specs and assist in proposal/development efforts.
• Lead design reviews and mentor engineers, interns, and technicians.
• Develop training material and provide guidance to the team.
• Produce test circuits and data reduction results; correlate with simulations.
